» News » Antalya International Airport Flies High With Best Airport In Europe 2011 Award

Antalya International Airport has been selected by a panel of expert judges and key institutional stakeholders as the 'Best Airport in Europe' (10-25 million passenger category) by Airports Council International. The award was presented at the prestigious 21st ACI EUROPE Annual General Assembly, Congress and Exhibition Gala Dinner in Lisbon, hosted by ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, in front of an audience of 450 Chief Executives and industry leaders.

Orgen, the official distributor of Kenwood radio communications systems in Turkey, recently completed the first phase of building the biggest digital radio communication system in the country, utilising Kenwood Nexedge® equipment for their client, Turkish Ground Services (TGS) and Havas which provides ground services operations at Antalya airport and ICF which is the operator of Antalya airport and five other major airports in Turkey.
